1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:
- Damaged, defective, or expired product received
- Wrong product delivered
â We do not accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Products ordered by mistake
- Change of mind after delivery

2. Time Window for Return / Replacement
- Raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email support@rabtnaturals.in or WhatsApp +91-9755535872 with: Order ID, Product photos (packaging + product + invoice), Reason for return.

3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 5â7 working days.
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI (details collected from you).
- You can also choose a replacement or store credit coupon of the same value.

4. Product Pickup
In eligible cases:
- Our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2â4 working days.
- Returned product must be in original condition (unused, all labels/packaging intact).
- In rare cases, we may ask you to self-ship and reimburse courier charges.

5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled unless it meets the return conditions above.

6. Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued if the product is found used, damaged by customer, or returned without approval.
- We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our policy terms.
