Refund & Return Policy

At Rabt Naturals, your satisfaction is our priority. While we work hard to ensure quality in every order, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's how refunds, returns, and replacements work at Rabt Naturals:

• • You must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved:

• • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• • COD Orders: Refund will be initiated via bank transfer (details will be collected) or UPI.

You can also choose to get a replacement or store credit coupon of the same value.

4. Product Pickup

In eligible cases:

• • Our courier partner will attempt pickup of the item within 2–4 working days.
• • Returned product must be in original condition (unused and with all labels/packaging intact).
• • In rare cases, we may ask you to self-ship the product and reimburse the courier charges.

5. Order Cancellations

• • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it meets the return conditions above.

6. Important Notes

• • Refunds will not be issued if the product is found used, damaged by customer, or returned without approval.
• • We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet our policy terms.
