1. Order Processing Time

• • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• • You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
• • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (only in selected pin codes, extra charges applicable).
• • Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festive periods, or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged on orders below ₹499.
• • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available with an extra charge of ₹40.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you immediately after order placement.

5. Tracking Your Order

• • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
• • You can also track your order under "My Orders" in your account section.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by:

• • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns
• • Courier partner delays

In such cases, our team will keep you updated and ensure the issue is resolved at the earliest.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us due to non-availability at the address or rejection, we will contact you for re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
